The last day of trading in the company’s shares SCOL including the right to receive unit rights was June 12, 2019. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is June 13, 2019.
One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Five (5) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 12.30 (3:5 á SEK 4.10). One unit consists of three (3) new shares and one (1) free subscription option series TO 1.
Trading with unit rights will take place from June 20, 2019 until July 5, 2019 on Spotlight Stock Market.
Trading with the paid subscribed units will take place from June 20, 2019 until the registration of the issue at Bolagsverket.
The subscription period lasts from June 20, 2019 to July 9, 2019.
